Several well known psychological studies have concluded that when speaking, the words we say account for only 7% of its meaning. The rest is formed from the tonal qualities with which the words are spoken, and to a much greater degree the real message is hidden in the body language that accompanies the words.


Poor communication, and lack of communication is a leading cause of confusion, conflict, unforeseen cost, serious error, customer attrition, disciplinary proceedings, time-wasting and financial loss in business.

On this course you will learn the skills used by the world's top communicators. You will learn to listen in a whole new way and read non-verbal signals to recognise how different people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour in a variety of contexts, and be able to respond in ways that make it easier for your listener to grasp.
